Based in the Washington D.C. area, Air Culinaire was created to provide high end, trend-setting catering for business aviation customers. Today, Chef Guy is the owner of Pacific Aviation Catering and his years of experience and air catering expertise is available

Through this partnership, customers will enjoy authentic and innovative indigenous food & beverages from our islands that are aviation compliant in packaging and presentation.

Recently Chef Guy joined Chao Phya Thai restraurant in Kaneohe as executive chef, where he brings innovative ideas and a commitment to providing diners with cuisine that’s fresh, new and exciting—the same qualities he brings to BPAS—all while pushing the boundaries of the distinguising gastronome.

Barbers Point Aviation Services (BPAS) and Barbers Point Flight School (BPFS) were founded in 2010 by Reginald Perry. Based at Kalaeloa Airport, the former historic Barbers Point Naval Air Station in Kapolei, Hawaii, and operating the only private flight school in west Oahu, a fixed base operation, and doing air tours of the island, BPAS and BPFS provide handling, fueling and other services to military and commercial flights for all of the Pacific rim, as well as ground and flight training for prospective pilots.
