Barbers Point Aviation Services (BPAS) has moved into a new office space in the first floor of the historic air traffic control at Kalaeloa Aiport in Kapolei. The former Barbers Point Air Station is now a multi-use facility with commercial and military flights, and BPAS serves the aviation community by servicing, handling and fueling aircraft. Barbers Point Flight School is also the flight school on west Oahu and provides instruction, plane rentals, and air tours of the island. Recently, the flight school added Hawaii’s only full-motion flight simulator to its educational tool chest.

The 2,000 square foot space offers a comfortable reception lounge, areas for flight planning, a testing center and computer lab, a briefing/debriefing area and the only pilot shop on Oahu outside of Honolulu.

Barbers Point Aviation Services (BPAS) was founded in 2011 by Reginald Perry, a commercial pilot with over 25 years of flying experience. Based on John Rodgers Field at Kalaeloa Airport (JRF), on the site of the former historic Barbers Point Naval Air Station, in Kapolei, Hawaii, and operating the only private flight school in west Oahu, a fixed base operation, and doing air tours of the island, BPAS provides handling, fueling and other services to military and commercial flights in the Pacific rim.
